Fancy MSN email – how to confirm?

I’m sure almost everyone knows you can register a new account with made-up email, like me@fbi.gov, but it’s problematic how to confirm it. You can use it with Live Messenger, but it will also state that you have unconfirmed email.
Any idea?

You can spoof emails.
Usually gmail/hotmail have spoofer warnings.
