recommended firewall?

only one i know of is Zone Alarm, will it work well with Kaspersky
or do i even need a firewall even though i have kaspersky?

Don’t run two of those programs at the same time. Download KIS (Kaspersky Internet Security). It will provide you with the protection needed. It includes a Firewall and an Antivirus program. Good luck mate ^_^

+1, KIS has a lot of other features as well and the firewall can be set to different levels of security
