Help me pick a gaming rig :D

Well I tried coming up with parts for a gaming computer but I couldn’t fit it in the price range. So I need your help on picking parts.
Guide lines:
-Quad core processor – Intel Only
-Geforce 260GTX or 9800GTX+ gpu (Only one)
-SLI compatible mobo
-$700 without a monitor
If it extends the $700 it’s ok, but just by a little bit. I will be running Cod4, Cod5, Crysis, AA3, ArmA2, etc I wish to play Cod4, Cod5, and AA3 all on highest settings with no lag which is why i picked the 260GTX or 9800GTX+. Hope you can help

Anyone wanna try to improve on this? I found cheaper memory/dvd burner
And a cheap 700W psu for $5 more than the current one listed.
