Router upgrade help

so i want to buy a new wireless router i currently have a netgear wnr2000
so basically i want one with more range.

I would go for an Asus RT-N56U over the D-Link and the ASUS RT-N16.

*edit – mainly as it’s dual band, so obviously you need to bear in mind if your wi-fi adapters/card are capable of receiving at 5 GHz as well as 2.4 GHz. (Cuts down on a lot of interference)

My advice,Stick with your current router and invest in a powerline av adapter like the wd livewire,A bit more expensive,But worth
it for the reliability.

looks cool but my uncle wants an extender or another router with more range then my current one
