Toshiba satellite M115-S3094

My toshiba satellite model M115-S3094 recovery disc will not work. I have tried to recovery my laptop because it just started messing up and would not work at all. But when I try to recover it, after the first step in the process is done, an error message pops up. It’s error 10E90C0017. I can not find the solution or even what the problem is on any of the Toshiba websites. Have any of yall had the same problem or know what my problem is? Any bit of info will help. Thanks.

Most common thing of this problem/error is that your hard drive is dying, you should maybe look into running a diagnostic on the hard drive to see you get.
