Ebay item i have brought need help

i brought an item last night of ebay
and i just got this email today
We're writing to let you know that this listing for an item you won or bid on is no longer available:
320804688703 - New 12MP 2.7"TFT Camera Digital Video DV Camcorder
We understand this may be disappointing, but occasionally we need to remove listings. In this case, the listing was removed because the copyright or trademark owner of this product reported that the item may be counterfeit.
so what should i do as ive payed for the item will i get a refund?

yes u will. normally with in 24 hrs. there is also a section in paypal where u cancel payment if they haven’t taken it yet.

check the vendor of payment method you used for actual transaction confirmation.

i did not see item under things i have brought on my ebay account so and under my messages on ebay so i checked my email account and it says item was shipped so hope i reserve it

if it’s been withdrawn there will be no reserve. am a regular ebay user and have been refunded on alot of things, even when the person doesn’t like the price. I love the no stock left one, but they take payment straight away, although i am refunded.

Dont fret, watch the actual transaction and confirmation messages as they occur during the process and make sure you are not charged for something you didnt buy. you should have ample time to dispute the charges if necessary.
IF, You have no control of this transactions outcome and the page /reference was removed from bid, make sure you are prepared to contact your financial party to reverse the charges due to fraud…simple as that. Dont wait too long.

If that was sent to you from E-bay itself, then they should have raised a Dispute in your Paypal a/c.
Check in your Paypal a/c to see if a dispute has been raised. You might have to wait up to 10 days to get the refund from Paypal if this is the case.
If it’s from the seller, you should receive your refund to paypal as soon as they send it. Depending on how you fund Paypal, it might take some days to clear.

Yup, I forgot to mention that.
Even if a dispute has been raised in Paypal by E-bay, then you may still receive the item from the seller, just be sure to acknowledge receipt when you get it in the dispute so the seller gets the money.
