Ebay and buyer won but not paid for item…….?

I put a item on ebay last 4 days ago and someone bidded and won the item. They haven’t paid nor sent me a email why. I sent a email yesterday asking if they wanted the item or should I relist it. I’ve checked ebay today and no mail, so i’m going to relist, what do I do to the buyer? report to ebay, how? Thanks guys. First time selling with ebay and gone wrong already!! Annoyed

Wait at least a week, 7 days. They may have had a problem (internet outage, sick, hurt, etc).
Contact them every second day, politely without being insistent.
On the seventh day say something like “no payment means i have to file an ebay complaint unless you reply NOW”
Then report a non-paying bidder.
