My pc keep going to the same page

My pc keep going to the page where you either pick safe mode or “start windows normally” After I click Start normally, it reboots pc and goes to same page over and over again

Could be some driver conflict…Hard to tell…Boot with you Windows CD/DVD and do a full repair..

Could be BIOS settings as well maybe. (Keys your pressing)
Don’t hit any keys, let windows do any file checks at start if it needs to.
Once done, restart properly.
Ensure power is correct.

will it go into safe mode ?

It went on safe mode, but on the other options it would restart and take me back to same page..
I went with System Recovery and now it works, but too bad I lost all my Apps
