Web page help

Im really hoping someone on here could help me out a little, i know nothing at all about web page designing or how it works or anything like that, now ive just opened a window blind making shop and am hoping maybe one of you clever people on here could get me a web page made up nothing fantastic just something that people can find to look us up our local telephone directory isnt listing us yet and i thought this would be a good bit of advertising
