cleaning up my comp

i was cleaning my comp when i saw this folder which is 2gb
i dont think it needs all the stuff in it so should i delete it
the folder is in
D:\Documents and Settings\myacc\Local Settings\Temp
do i really need the stuff in there
and does someone no any good software that could clean my comp.

Not needed at all. You should clean that regularly.

It can run automatically, at set periods, or manually.
If you are talking about cleaning junk files, then CCleaner should do:http://www.ccleaner.com/
Also free and if you use it, you shouldn’t need the other. I don’t have the latter, so use the former.

No, they are only needed at the installation of office.
