Looking for windows 7 mate.
Really? There are NO search results for booting Win7 from a flash drive?
This is the first result (of over 7 million–yes, that’s a 7 followed by 6–count ’em, 7,000,000–zeroes):

Installing Windows 7 From USB
– Open the image of Vista/Win7 with UltraISO
– Under BOOTABLE tab choose WRITE DISK IMAGE
– Choose your USB stick under “Disk Drive”
– Choose a method (It’s recommended to use USB-HDD+)
There is much way easier to do it now…
Just search for “WinToFlash” software in google. It’s available for download for free. Or here is the download link on softpedia…

1) Extract your ISO into any folder on your HDD. Let us name it “Extracted Win7”.
2) Open WinToFlash software, insert your USB, and select “Extracted Win7” folder as your source.
3) select your USB as your destination. Please do not mistake it showing any other your HDD partition.. Otherwise you’ll be screwed. If you need to boot ANY linux distro in the future, then use “Universal USB Installer”.
Use plop bootmanaeger and boot from usb. Used this metod to install ubuntu on notebook.
Seems difficult, but its really easy:

Shy stop with just Windows 7. Add some more stuff along with it just for the luls

Thanks to all for your help. Wintoflash has worked.
or you could have typed windows 7 to usb and been taken to the official site and used the official tool…

PS, telling someone to google IS NOT a bad answer. Its perfectly reasonable, if someone is wanting to know how to do something surely they should look into things before just posting WAH HOW DO I DO THIS. Don’t forget, before clicking on the helpdesk their is a nice comment saying “google is your friend”.
