driver for x360 gamepad?

i bought a “xbox 360 controller for windows” and would like to know, what is the best driver for it?
i am using windows 7 x64.

Did you just buy a controller or did you get the wireless receiver that plugs into the usb port as well?
When I plugged my wireless receiver in windows 7 64 bit automatically detected it and installed everything for me…
