FTP (Multiple files) from topsite to rapidshare…how?

Would love to know how to do this as i can get stuff really quick but would like to transfer the files/folders straight from site to rapidshare, the question is how?
any help?

You need to have a premium account. Then remote upload like this: ftp://LOGIN:PASSWORD@DOMAIN/PATH_TO_FILE

Got that but can i upload a whole folder or does it have to be file by file??

file by file AND usually topsites lock accounts to a certain range of IP’s
not to mention they should be using implicit/explicit SSL for any transfer which eliminates any chance of being able to remote the files to Rapidshare/Any HTTP hoster.
