Best Screen Recorder?

Hey I am looking for a good screen recorder for desktop and games. I tried Fraps, its best for games but doesn’t capture desktop and games at the same time.
I tried Camtasia, the video lags when showing gameplay, even recording with high fps. Thanks for the help
