Does anyone know a program to record games, via screenshot and video, and that allows to zoom on whatever we want on any part of the game? Thank you!

You can use Fraps do record ingame v�deo, but about zoom i don’t know for sure. Maybe you can use a v�deo editor for that.

Fraps is the best game recorder as stated by Speedle, id recommend Camtasia if you want in house zooming without needing to edit the screen recordings but it will heavily affect your frame rates. If you want all that snazzy stuff, Fraps and a video editor (SFX programme) such as Sony Vegas Pro or even Adobe After Effects.
