How to make a bootable cd/dvd of preloaded vista?
July 26th, 2016
I will be buying a laptop soon and they all come equiped with vista. I really prefer XP.
I have searched the internet and found thousands of articles about making bootable cd of perloaded xp or dual install of both xp and vista. However, none about perloaded vista (well….. as far I have searched).
Therfore, I was wondering that anyone knows how to make a bootable cd or dvd of preloaded vista?
Any help will be apreciated.
I don’t have a clue what preloaded vista means…Can you be a bit more specific…

Preloaded means software or operating system (vista in this case) that has already come installed whenever you buy a new computer.
Basically the person you bought the laptop from makes a recovery partition on your hard disk so that you can recover your system, in the event of a failure, from the recovery partition. However, he does not give you a cd or a dvd of the operating system you bought. So although you have a genuine operating system you do not have a genuine bootable CD or DVD of that operating system.
Check the following link regarding info of how to make bootable CD of preloaded XP.
