Desktop won’t show up

All this happen after i change the power setting for the computer to sleep after 2 hours and then after 4 hours i press the power button so the computer close. After that i open up the computer and the desktop won’t show up.
when i started up my computer the desktop won’t show the icons, taskbar.
So i was like ok explore.exe is no on so i press crtl + alt + del ( Task manger)
Task manger also won’t show up. I tried ctrl + shift + esc ( task manger also )
it too won’t show up. Firefox or iexplore wont show up too.
Right now im using safe mode with network, and the icon are showing and task manger opens up.

yeah i try that too. i restore it back to the early time possible. and same thing

next time if my audio don’t work u tell me to reinstall windows right

do you get a mouse cursor or anything ?
try booting whit the SHIFT key depressed try booting the “VGA mode” in the F8 menu
