Want to go Intel this time around?
before im gonna make any suggestions,i really wanna know what is the actual problem, replacing the motherboard/cpu just doesnt sound like a good recommendation to me,infact it sounds like
that techy had no idea what he was sayin
I used to get blue screens and slow PC… he said I have to replace my mobo and CPU and told me to choose one. I choose this:
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4P
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
there could be plenty of reasons for that , its just not right of you to trust him so blindly
as long as the motherboard works (and got no bad leaking capacitors) there is no reason
whatsoever to replace it (unless your after an upgrade) , your processor works just fine
not to mention processors outlasts all other parts in longtivity
do you still get blue screens? pc slowdown can be related to dma being disabled
on the bios or in windows device manager and also to spyware/heavy anti-virus/secuurity software
i still think that techy is clueless
you dont wanna waste money for no reason
your computer is fast enough believe me the processor
isnt slowing it down and you got more then enough ram
