If you have no idea where they came from the first thing to do is:
1. DO NOT OPEN THEM IN ANY WAY (NO NOTEPAD – NOTHING)
2. DELETE
3. CLEAN YOUR PASTEBIN

DO the folders open when you double click on them? Also, try clicking Start–>Run. Click Browse and try going to these folders, do they work there and are the icon visible there?

the folders works but ALL the icons are invisible…
only the winrar icon is visible…

Try install iconpackager and install an existing icon pack, it may reset everything.

Have you simply tried to restore the correct icon by right click on icon go properties go customise go restore defaults ?
