Desktop Video Recording

Hi All
Can anyone help me please?
I need to record a Video playing on the Desktop from BBCi and then using the finished video to DVD.
Can anyone please tell me what software I can use, I have tried several but most won’t record the full length of the video, about 1.5+ gig.

or u can use Fraps its the easy one here is the link

and u can convert the video at the end thatu have recorded using convertxtodvd which is the best one,here is the link

and write it directly to a dvd with this program!
