Good Antivirus for a netbook?

September 5th, 2013

I’m looking for an antivirus that is light and can get the job done. One that wont run off too much ram and wont slow down my system. Thanks.

For me no better antivirus than Eset Nod ( with tnod of course)

ESET Nod32 is a lightweight AV
Answer #3
Panda cloud will suffice.
Answer #4
microsoft security essentials.
Answer #5
ESET NOD32 FTW. If you are willing for a free stuff, i’ll advise AVAST!, even though it has not got a good reputation among the AVs on market.
Answer #6
Eset Nod32 isn’t that good i think and it comes with moderate protection only.
Answer #7
Nod 32 is a bag of crap,
I’ve been using Comodo Internet Security on my Netbook – seems OK

I <3 ESET. It’ll not take more resource. +1 to ESET.
FYI : I have used all antivirus s/w and found ESET is the best amongst other. Do you beleive i’m using it for the past 4 years and suggested my friends who suffer issues with sys speed and protection.

if your ever gonna stream to a console e.g. ps3 – 360
id avoid ESET like the plague, way to many problems with its firewall
Answer #11
Avast. Since you’re using a netbook I doubt that you will be doing too much stuffz.
