Need help with item i brought only envelope came

i do know what i brought but i got something sent in the post today address of sender is
coleman advertising no.50 nanqiao road fengxian shanghai
sender name is bo ye

that is he ebay account
I AM PISSED OFF as the user had an ok rating so i think somebody stole my item

It says that that user is no longer a registered user. You probably got ripped off. I’d bring it up with Ebay support.

Raise a dispute with Paypal as well. It might take 10 days for you to get your money back, but you will get it. (Will take longer than 10 days over the Xmas period).

Maybe the postman nicked the item lol. He opened it carefully then sealed it up.

lolz – about 5 years ago I had a few parcels go missing via Parcelforce, but on their website it said they had been signed for by a neighbour, it turned out the Parcelforce guy was nicking parcels (they operate under a PF franchise). Good job I knew that neighbour well enough to trust he didn’t have the parcels.
I had to fill in all kinds of claim forms, but got my items redispatched (and the guy was arrested)

ok guy paypal has said for me to send the item back but how can i when it was just an envelop and my mum has chucked it out?

They are obviosuly not taking much notice of what you have told them.
I don’t know if you e-mailed them etc, but try speaking to them on the phone to explain. You can get their local number from Google.
