wow… this is actually pretty great
EDIT: actually… LAME is better
if you don’t know how to work with lame here’s how:
run cmd
navigate to the LAME dir
then write: lame –abr 320 “input mp3 path and name” “output mp3 path and name”
this will give you the best quality enjoy:)

A good frontend for Lame is Razorlame.
Download version 115a here:
http://www.dors.de/razorlame/razorlame.zip
Just copy all your Lame files into the Razorlame directory after you install it.

If you’re looking to get the best quality results, use LAME 3.97 with RazorLame 1.1.5a as the GUI so you don’t have to type commands.
Also, it’s an “encoder” not a “converter”.
