file recovery from a pc that don’t starts?

hello one of my friends have problem with his pc..he have some files that is very important and a usb disc 500gb..the pc open, have the bootscreen and then restart before inside on windows..is there any way to save his files or i have to format his pc?

Boot with Hiren’s BootCD and use the included MiniXP…that will load up a basic Windows XP…Enough to backup your files..

Also from Hiren’s, run HARD DISK TOOLS – HDD REGENERATOR, then it might boot up again

have you tried safe mode or config that worked last on boot screen

i try safe mode..allways restart.. do you have any links for the progs that say ^ ?

Slave the drive in another pc

yes but did you try USE LAST CONFIG THAT WORKED
