18th in london – need help

January 27th, 2020

Hey everyone, my brother’s birthday is coming up and he wants to have a party in a suite/hotel or apartment or something like that. There will be 20 or so people and we will all be drinking, and smoking. Does anyone know any hotels or anything where we can do all that and stay the night for around 200-400 in london? Help is appreciated!
P.S – we don’t mind sleeping on floors and that to save money, we’ll all be too hammered anyway

Had a mate stay there a few years back, he said it was ok, rooms were a bit small though. For 9 quid a night with a continental breakfast it sounds ideal for you.
I’ve stopped in the bayswater area myself and its close to everything you need.
Not sure if you can smoke in the rooms or not though…

Thanks for that , do you know if there is a limit on how many people can stay per room? Also could we get kicked out for making too much noise or are the rooms far apart?
Edit: Do you know if there are any bigger rooms? Also are the rooms like 2 bunkbeds per room and hardly any space to sit down?

You can book a 20 person person dorm, so I’m guessing thats all of you in the one room.
As for the noise I think they expect a bit of ‘rowdiness’ but I wouldn’t like to guess how far you can ‘push your luck’.
For 9quid per person per night I wouldn’t expect the ritz, but for a group of lads looking for a piss up its just what you need.
If in doubt give them a ring.

Ok cheers, just curious which did you book? And how was it? In the pictures it shows bunkbeds, but is there an open floor to sleep on or something?
Answer #5
Check closely what they will allow or you could have your night ruined. Don’t assume anything! Make sure that they allow the number of people you require, drinking on the premises and smoking before booking anything.

Will do .
My brother said:
“All I want is a place to chill in, with space for at least 10 people to sleep in per room and bathroom(s)” – And obviously drinking. I will phone Royalbayswater tomorrow and see what they say and get back to you. If anyone else has any please let me know and if you have been there, post your experience please. Thanks

Bump:
That place said that we can’t drink anymore on the premises, and there is nowhere to just chill (e.g a few setis, maybe a 1 seater or something).
Does anyone else have any suggestions? Budget is up to 400 pounds.
