A Genie in modern London Arabian Nights movie name

I watched the movie at least 20 years ago. It’s an Arabian Night movie. I want to watch it again but can’t find its name.
It’s about Aladdin and the Genie, but more interesting. The Genie did something wrong so he was punished to stay in the lamp. While in the lamp, he was actually in an apartment in London, UK. Whenever Aladdin rubs the lamp, genie would get noticed in the TV and he would jump into the TV to appear in front of Aladdin.
I remember the first order Aladdin gave to genie was to ask for some food, then genie went back to the lamp and took a piece of birthday cake from his apartment neighbor and went back to give it to Aladdin.
I also remember that Sindbad once went inside the lamp, therefore he stayed in genie’s London apartment for a while and watched moon landing on the TV.
