Hiren’s BootCD Error 15
July 25th, 2016
find --set-root/HBCD/boot.gz
Error 15: File not found
I have tried booting Hiren’s, Mini XP, and Hiren’s alt boot; all of them give me some error saying a file isn’t there. When I’m at my desktop and I put the disk in autorun pops up and it appears fine but when I boot from DVD-drive in BIOS it gives me the Error 15. I explored the CD and boot.gz is in there. Like I said it works on a different computer.

do you have multiple partion with os ? i think error 15 is when it tried to load drivers and fails there was a keyboard driver loading problem try downloading the latest build
Hiren’s boot cd Download, and extract the iso to a folder on your usbkey.
Answer #2
Just burn another copy…

Tried that. Still get the same error. It also says “no PXE stack” before it gets to the menu where you select what to do.
