Sky DSL (Slow)

I switched from cable (Virgin media) to DSL (Sky broadband unlimited) less then a week ago & ever since my connections been really slow Its suppose to be 20Meg but pulls less then 500KB/Sec at best, Pages take slower to load & the wireless connection using a laptop is weak.
I’m tied into a 12month contract, Along with phone & tv which is also crap.. Any help..

Thats DSL for ya.
That’s 20mb (depending on location) The thing about DSL they say it usually takes a couple of weeks before you start seeing your supposed fastest speeds. Sky should have actually told you what speed your capable of and if they told you different and your still not getting what they said just phone them and ask them to check your lines again.
Though you might be getting slow speeds also because their testing alot of areas for their new 40/10mb download/upload.
