do you get any post beeps from speaker, any activity from hard drive led
Your graphics card might be dead. Might have to return it.

so what about drive activity led to show that the system is booting do you get any no signal message on monitor
may seem daft but are you sure monitor is powered up
yes im sure that the monitor works well because i use this monitor with an other pc… but maybe the graphic card i dead ?..because the gpu fan runs well…
Did you get an external LCD Poster/palm with your mobo? Is it hooked up? It’ll tell you your boot checks and if you have a VGA error or anything else that hangs. My 285gtx took a crap and wouldn’t go to monitor either, checked my LCD and had the VGA error. Had to RMA the card back, new one booted right up. Have an ASUS Rampage II board. Good Luck.
Also try another gfx card you might have laying around, I did that also and it worked so I narrowed down the problem.
Also, have you tried booting with just one module of RAM. Be sure you try to boot with just one module in C1… that is the memory slot furthest from the processor. The memory kit should be compatible.
yeah…i think its the GPU that must be changed…i’ll a new one hd 4890
