Connect PC to TV

My question is simple and as title says I am asking if it�s easy/hard or even possible to connect your PC to your TV? And how would I go about doing it?
Extended question � Kind of related to this subject but if I was to buy a 360 pro is it possible to stream movies? or something to watch on tv?
I hope someone can help ASAP and hopefully it�s easy to do cause my monitor
is not exactly working and even more bad luck my Playstation 3 just broke

I actually just got a 360 and have it connected to my home network and use a free program called tversity to stream all my music and movies and pictures from my computer to my xbox… I would check that out. It basically makes the xbox an extender for your computer. You can always use windows media player 11 or if you have media center you can stream to the tv as well.
