Cant Connect to the internet.

January 28th, 2020

Hello, I have a router which serves as our LAN. There are 3 computers that connect with a wire to it, and my PSP that connects wirelessly. My computer, which is very recent, detects the LAN and connects fine, except when I go on the internet it searches a page for 10 seconds then it says “Page can’t be found” as if I had not internet. I do have all motherboard and whatever drivers you might ask. Also, it occured during and after the recovery of a virus in system32, I cleaned it but my services [services.msc] settings were all altered, so I took settings from the other computers and yet not luck. Any ideas for my issue? Thanks very much. Please excuse my poor english, as I am French Canadian.

try restarting router and modem.
if this doesn’t work, try disabling your ethernet connection and then enabling it again.
