If that is all you are going to be using it for – then anything would do that you can find cheaply, eg. HD5570 doesn’t use much power and would suffice for your needs, would also be a step up from the integrated graphics.

HD 5570 seems like a good graphics card for my need, any other suggestions?

Both are whisper quiet (passive cooling) and are good enough for general use/HD video playback (but clearly, this much also depends on the CPU)

The graphics card will work on a 300W PSU?
Both are power efficient, The HD 6450 draws 27w at best, While the GT 630 draws 65w.
Odds are that you wouldn’t have any problem.
