Dell Inspiron 531 Upgrade

I’ve a Dell Inspiron 531 computer with 300W PSU, I want to upgrade the graphics card so it has either a DVI or HDMI port which I can connect to a LED TV, http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/inspd531/en/OM/appendix.htm
I mainly use the computer to surf the web and stream movies to the TV

If that is all you are going to be using it for – then anything would do that you can find cheaply, eg. HD5570 doesn’t use much power and would suffice for your needs, would also be a step up from the integrated graphics.

HD 5570 seems like a good graphics card for my need, any other suggestions?

Both are whisper quiet (passive cooling) and are good enough for general use/HD video playback (but clearly, this much also depends on the CPU)

Both are power efficient, The HD 6450 draws 27w at best, While the GT 630 draws 65w.
Odds are that you wouldn’t have any problem.
