mss32.dll error

I downloaded COD4 with the crack and extracted it all. When I go to run the game it tells me the procddure entry point _AIL_sample_stage_property@24 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll. I downloaded mss32.dll and tried running it again but no success. help please!

When you downloaded the DLL, did you put it into the right folder?

yes i put it in the folder with the crack.

Did it ask you to overwrite a .dll?
Search your computer (with indexing off) to see if the .dll is on your computer (in a different directory) as it may be corrupt or out of date.
