[Solved]Fraps and Sony Vegas 8 problems

I’ve got a clip I’ve recorded on counter strike, I’m trying to get a full hd render of it to test the quality. My fraps setting are on full size, my game resolution in on 1280×720.
When I render it on vegas my project preferences are 1280×720 and I render to 1280×720 but the quality looks horrid. Anyone have any ideas?

Why don’t you update to Sony vegas 12 because the version you have is outdated (that could be the problem)
