Help in Android

PHONE NAME :GOOGLE NEXUS (samsung )
After trying after Too Many Pattern Attempts in my Android Phones it got locked my mobile data internet and my wifi both are in off stage

if i connect my phone with pc . cant view any thing (may be usb not enabled)
help me pls

no…i have not not enabled
