Windows folder view annoyances

when you view folders in regular windows 7, it views like this:

But in tiny 7 it is without the windows explorer colum thingy on the left, and i want it like that..
but i do not know how..
anyone help..

Press “Organize”, go to “Layout”, and select “Navigation Pane”
Hopefully that resolves it for you.
