Getting more memory for my Macbook Pro

hey guys i currently have 2GBs on my mac and i want to max it out at 8GB, but im going to buy 2 new memory (4GB) each so im going to replace it with my 2GB thats currently in, how do i move the stuff i have on the 2GB to one of my new 4GB memorys???

You don’t… That is not HDD….

All you need is to replace memory…

All you need is to replace memory...
Oh.. the reason im doing this is because my mac recently started telling me that my startup disk is almost full.. will adding memory get rid of that?

Nooooo, that is related to your HDD nor RAM memory!
Adding more RAM memory will not resolve your problem..
You will either delete some files or buy new HDD and replace it with old…

In RAM slots you need to add RAM MEMORY…

Like I said in previous post… to resolve your issue you need to either delete some files or to buy new HDD to have more space!
