Setting up IDM with Billionuploads

The title and description says it all really, I have not been using in quite some time and I previously used Rapidshare which was relatively simple to set up with IDM.
If anybody could shed some light on how I can go about setting this up that would be fantastic.

For what it’s worth, I know you can convert the links via Iphonee’s app, and download those with IDM easily, even without a premium account.
