I need help setting up my sound system.

First of all I have 32 inch Samsung HDTV. The audio connections on the back are
HDMI, Composite, Component, Digital Audio Out (Optical) and PC Audio. I just bought a pair of Polk Audio bookshelf speakers that have knobs on the back where I wrap the wires around. I also bought a Lepai Hi-Fi Amp and its connections are MP3, Composite and there is a place where I can clip a pair of speakers. I don’t have a receiver though. I am trying to hook up the Polk Audio speakers to the Amp and then I want the Amp going to the TV. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Unfortunately no. The Lepai Hi-Fi Amp does not come with a power supply and the Polk Audio bookshelf speakers are not self powered. You will need a receiver to power both.
You can get a inexpensive high quality receiver from Crutchfield.
