Identifying XBOX 360 and Which Hack to use?

I have XBOX 360 “Slim” with the following specifications, I am very confused as to which hack to apply. Also, identification of the DVD drive is kinda difficult, if someone can help that would be great.
Motherboard: CORONA Manufacturing Date: 2012-01-09 DASHBOARD VERSION: 2.0.16537.0
DVD Drive: I am confused if it’s Lite-ON or Philips-LiteOn 16D5S

Please kindly help me identifying the DVD Drive and which method should I take/proceed. I understand that the hack depends on the type of IC, but I would like to know all the methods applicable to my xbox before I start opening it.

Never mind what is slim version you still need to open your xbox..
