External hard drive not working after Sony TV PVR

i got my new Sony TV yesterday and i wanted to try out the PVR function. Everything seemed fine, i installed the sony software to get it to record on the tv, i can watch what i have recorded on the tv, but as soon as i plug the hard drive into my pc, it doesnt work anymore. I can see it is connected because i can see it when i look at everything that is connected. But i can’t access it, i can’t change the drive letter etc. The only thing i can do is updating the driver, which doesnt work, and deleting it from my system and installing it again, which doesnt work neither.
Does anyone know what i can do?
Have you tried different USB ports? If you could plug it on a different computer to test, would be good too.
have tried both those things, its the same. This is what my screen looks like in disc management. Its in danish though, the hard drive that aint working is the “Disk 1”
