Need help with a wordpress template

I’ve been working on an html to wordpress conversion for my site
I have almost successfully done with the conversion but i have left with some stuff which i am not able to fix.
Here are some things which are missing.

This is how i want it to look when it is converted into wordpress
1. The text appears at the top. Though i have entered the comment information within /*________________*/ but still it appears
2. I want to get all that in a single line
3. I want the black headers on the widgets. Like you can see the rounded edged headers over the header ad spot and behind the text that says ‘Latest Album Releases………….’
4. Want to decrease the size of the text that says ‘Test Post’ in the recent posts widget.
5. I wan t a php function that automatically reads the number of posts from the site and shows the count after ‘Albums listed:’
like: ‘Albums Listed: 39’ to ‘Albums Listed: function that automatically reads the number of counts’
6. The Title of the post is not visible, please help regarding it to.
Please See that I am not in the position to pay for this job as I have already invested a lot on the design and other things. Everything has got beyond the budget. The reason when i am converting it myself.
So free help would be very much appreciated.
