WordPress Theme/Template/Plugin Question

I signed up at the .com site not the .org and I’m wondering how do I upload my themes that I have. I can’t try css because I have to pay. I’m not sure if I can downgrade because you design it on there website. I don’t like the free ones, just trying to figure how to use premium templates that I can get here one warez for business. Thanks.
Edit: I downloaded elegant themes just need to know how to use them.

You cant upload your themes on blogs hosted on wordpress.com. You will need to have your own blog host (server + domain) to be able to do that.

I am now running my wordpress instance through aws now. When I try to upload my template it asks for a ftp password. I have bitnami. How do I change the password? I can’t use filezilla either because there are no folders for me to upload it in since the instance is preconfigured for wordpress.
