navigation software

hey guys hoping someone can help me out, i have just bought a radio for my car that is navigation ready it looks like you just put the map software on a micro sd card and slot it into the front, can anyone point me in the right direction as to what software i can use in the radio its a Philips CED1800BT and i could do with the GB maps cheers for any help guys
