I believe until configured otherwise pc BT radios are not visible that’s a reason you can’t see it in your phone list
As already mentioned check theh visibility status of your phone
when you enable bluetooth on android devices you have to additionally enable their visibility which makes it visible for 2 minutes.

Right, lets start again.
You’ve got a Sammy lappie NP300E5X-A0KMA,
– and you say you have got your downloads from here ?
http://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/NP300E5X-A01IN-downloads
Am I correct so far ?
What version of Windows are you using are you using ?
I take it that it’s a half mini PCI-e Card, WLAN+BT, so you need the correct drivers and software for that. Have a look on the bottom of the laptop, and see if there is a sticker with the model number and make of the card (it may be underneath the battery)
same problem facing I am using Dell 2521 notebook I think its a dell fault in some notebooks model.
Have you gone to the Dell support site and used your service tag to get the drivers and software ?
Answer #16
It could be the driver you installed from the universal pack.
By clean uninstall i mean check the “delete driver” checkbox when you uninstall the driver from the device manager.
