Answer #1
You should get another 4gb stick of RAM
For $300-$400, you could get a GTX 770 or R9 280X, which should both run all games on max (depending on resolution of course) The reason you are getting poor frame rates is because your HD 5450 is extremely weak, and is not designed for gaming.
The manufacture of the graphics cards should provide very similar performances; the main difference between the graphics card coolers, and warranty support. Generally, the more respected manufactures include ASUS, EVGA, XFX, Gigabyte, and MSI.
Since you will not be overclocking, choose the cheapest option out of these main manufactures
If you think heat will be an issue, choose the manufacture that provides the most fans and cooling pipes, however, it should not be a problem assuming you dont have large amounts of dust situated in your case
It may also be beneficial to note your power supply and whether or not it can handle the graphics card mentioned above.
Answer #2
GTX 770 is which company?
Asus or MSI?
And
How can i understand my power supply can handle which graphics card?
I am thinking buy graphics card from USA or Canada.
All graphics card accept my PC?
Answer #3
REmove the covers and have a look at the label on your power supply..
Tell us what make and model it is and list the current rating(A) for each of it’s output voltages.
Answer #4
yeah, we need to know your PSU so we can recommend a decent GPU.
I have the exact same graphics card in the PC I’m using right now, you can’t even play CSS smoothly so don’t hope on the latest games.
get yourself a nice AMD R9 280x/290x, you’ll play the latest games smoothly no problem. however, that depends on what PSU you have.
good luck.
Answer #5
In order to see your PSU capacity, you must remove the side case covers and read it off a sticker. It may also help if you post the manufacture of the PSU upon locating it in your case
It may also behoove you to check the maximum length for a GPU that can fit inside of your case. As for your question
There are two main GPU companies that design the GPU chipset, Nvidia and AMD
The manufactures, ASUS, EVGA, XFX, Gigabyte, MSI, etc… produce the GPU and some may add their own cooling system to the graphics card. The GTX 770 is designed by nVidia, and in your case, whatever manufacturer you choose should more or less be the same. Ergo, you should choose the cheapest one.
