Having to keep Clearing my browsing data to access any sites

Hey, thanks for taking the time to read this and try to help me!
I’m not too tech savvy, but i know how to work my way around most problems but this has me stumped! I’ll try to explain problem…
for about the last 24 hrs,
I’ve been having the issue of one minute i can access a site just fine, then say I leave it I come back to it later either one of its functions on the site doesn’t work.
or the entire site doesn’t come up “the webpage is not available”
but once i Clear my browsing data and go back to it, it works as it should normally. leave come back same problem until i clear it again. “I’m having to Clear it several times a day”
Example of my problem
1. Moddb.com looking at the Game Star Wars Empire at War FoC
and suddenly the Mods Section/Tab is empty, when i KNOW its not! I Clear my browsing data, refresh and suddenly the mods Section/Tab is full of mods currently being worked on and modders showing off thier projects wanting feedback etc.. So say I leave and check again in about a few hours or few minutes, The Mods Section/Tab is gone again? Empty saying there is no mods in this folder etc… Reset and there all back again working fine, leave the page come back its gone again so on and so fourth??
2. It’s Happening on other sites as well…
What do i do to fix this permanently ?

Windows 7
Google Chrome

Does this problem occur in other browsers ? If not, Then try re-installing Google Chrome. You can also try resetting Google Chrome to it’s default settings first. I’m not an expert either so I don’t know what’s the cause of this problem but Resetting Chrome to default or re-installing it should resolve it. (I Hope).

Also you may have some malware…So you could give a cleaner a go such as Malwarebytes.
Malwarebytes Premium can protect it all in real time..

doing what advised is always a good choice
2nd, please try and reset browser settings.. chrome>settings>lower part of the page.. reset to default.
There are some settings under ‘Content settings’ that can cause your issue and that would be smart to just restore it.
