Transcription App For Audio

Was curious if there was an app for Mac that would transcribe an audio file for me? I know there’s Dragon Dictate, but will that work for an audio that I need transcribed by just playing it out loud?
I need an app for Mac so that I can play an audio track (podcast) out loud and have it transcribed.

Dragon Dictate for Mac, v4 supports the following audio file types for transcription:
MP3
WAV
MP4
M4A
MV4
AIF
AIFF
So you just point the software to the mp3 file (or one of the above formats), and it will transcribe from the file itself – no need to ‘read’ it.
