Answer #1
Smoking ruins ya lungs ability to process oxygen so if you can stop smoking then yeah you should notice fast benefits to endurance , if not grab some decent e-cigs .. For stamina building I know little being a pc geek besides you need to let your body heal; take a day or two off now and then, work ya body muscles in alternating days etc.. above all google I guess, site might not be the best place for answers

It sounds like you’re “burned”. Check the daily health post for nutrition and fitness tips. Lots of schedules to follow there that work and build relatively fast. Choose the ones that you think are at your level (I’d go with beginner given your condition) and follow them blindly (YES, even when it says walk 2min then stop. It dosn’t matter whether you think you can lift your legs and run or walk for 200 min You just walk 2 min then stop period). That’ll give you something to start. You need specialised weight training to stay at a good level but if you can’t afford that, get an horizontal bar at least and start doing some very basic exercises (be careful to give extreme attention to technique most people don’t know how to grab the bar properly). Also check these two chans some of their sets help to any athletic activity (again, choose your level as the time goes by – lots of options there):

Later you can go to basketball fitness programs things like that:

Etc etc. In the end you just pick your favorites least intensive ones and just sustain a level. You can also try some martial arts fitness schedule like capoeira or wing chun etc etc.
Edit: Never snub water or a banana of course
