how to improve stamina?

i have stated running daily…
i want to know that how to improve stamina..??
becoz i have to finish 5 km (5000 mtr) in 20 min…
and plz also tell me what is the natural source to get energy and vitamin and protein..

You have to be very selective though when browsing these sites. Most articles there focus on entirely different purpose and refer to entirely different muscle type than the one you want to train. There are some good articles though like the ones mentioning training with your own body weight. You can also check youtube, the most popular results are usually pretty good. Exercises for sprinters are also good for preparation. Remember to always keep the running technique properly (hit the ground with the midsole / heel, keep the shoulders low, looke at the horizon). Start with shorter distances and gradually add up distance.
